Cycling in Yangshuo Countryside

Yangshuo lies in the northeast of Guangxi Province and to the southeast of Guilin City. The special geography gives it breath-taking beauty while over 1,400 years of history bless it with a deep traditional culture. It is a place for tourism all the year round.
Spring is undoubtedly the most suitable season for travel. At that time the weather is very comfortable, about 11℃ to 18℃. Biking alongside the paddy field and orchards that surround the famous mountains will give a fascinating insight into the countryside. You will have a family visit on the half way. 1. Street vendors wait at certain spots on the country roads and then follow the tourists to sell souvenirs .If you are not interested, do not stop as they take it as a sign that you want something.
2. The roads can be bumpy and pass through villages. It is wise to ride slowly when passing though populated areas.

1.Yangshuo – Aishan Village- Yangshuo
The tour start from Yangshuo West Street and ride along to the direction of Guiwu Road about 10 minutes, then turn left when get to the Shima crossroad disc. Aishan countryside scenery appears at the side of road.
Later on, you will get to the destination of this tour: Aishan village, the rest of the journey is mostly bumping and fallow the small allay, walking pass and paddy fields. Bikers must be pay attention to the road condition and slow down. Of course, the most important things to mention is what to see in the tour, see the Karst mountain landscape with Yulong River at the roadside, the famer with the pat-water buffalo are busy working in the paddy fields, there is a vivid picture of harmonious life of human and nature.
The end of village is Guiwu Road, following the same way back to Yangshuo.
2.Yangshuo –Yima Village – Yangsuo
The tour starts from West Street, and following the road to Guilin about 10 minutes when get to a petro station, cross road and go straight forward. These part of countryside road is mostly flats and easy to ride, Yima Village is the first village you encounter, a family visit will be arranged in this tour, sit down and have a free talk to the household, or taste the fruits that grow by themselves, it is a great opportunity to get up close to the China farmers’ life.
