1. Better wear light-colored clothing while touring in summertime, such as white.
2. Better wear wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses to protect your skin and eyes.
3. Better tour in early morning and late afternoon, avoid noontime and hottest hours. Have a good rest!

5. Better carry heatstroke drugs and copies of your medical history in case of emergency.
6. If heat stroke occurs, keep calm and move the patient to a cool ventilated place, untie his/her clothes, put a cold towel on the patient's head and neck, then take him/her to nearby hospital if necessary.
7. While the temperature reaches to 35°C, reduce outdoor activities, and drink adequate water.

9. Pay attention to the drowning which mainly happened in summer and autumn. CPR is the way to save person who is unconscious and has no pulse. Following steps are the instructions of CPR. If you know nothing about it, please call for other people's help.

Steps of CPR:

1. Carefully place person on back.
1.1 For an adult or child, place the heel of one hand on the center of the chest at the nipple line. You can also push with one hand on top of the other. For an infant, place two fingers on the breastbone.
1.2 For an adult or child, press down about 2 inches. Make sure not to press on ribs. For an infant, press down about 1 and 1/2 inches. Make sure not to press on the end of the breastbone.
1.3 Do 30 chest compressions, at the rate of 100 per minute or more. Let the chest rise completely between pushes. Check to see if the person has started breathing.

2. Repeat if Person Is Still Not Breathing
2.1 If you've been trained in CPR, you can now open the airway by tilting the head back and lifting the chin.
2.2 Pinch the nose of the victim closed. Take a normal breath, cover the victim's mouth with yours to create an airtight seal, and then give 2 one-second breaths as you watch for the chest to rise.
2.3 Give 2 breaths followed by 30 chest compressions.
2.4 Continue this cycle of 30 compressions and 2 breaths until the person starts breathing or emergency help arrives.
