2017 China Heritage Tours to Xingye

On the morning of July 4th, Xingye SWI welcomed the heritage tour of a Dutch family. In the early morning, their guide picked up the family from Nanning Yongjiang hotel and then drove to the Xingye SWI. They reached the SWI at ten o’clock and saw the waiting figures of the director, head of children’s department and nannies who once looked after Min Huilin in the SWI. The SWI also hung a banner to welcome the return visit of Min Huilin family.

The SWI prepared a variety of fruits to serve the family, while the adoptive parents also shared Min Huilin’s growing photographs and interesting stories with everyone in the SWI.

In addition, the adoptive families met and chatted with these nannies who once took good care of Min Huilin. The nannies also reminded many little things happening in the girl’s childhood.

Under the leadership of the director, they checked the records of the girl and visited her former playroom and small bed.

Afterwards, the family invited the director and nannies to have a lunch together. The adoptive family also brought the girl to the place where she was found by strangers and then visited local old street.

We sincerely hoped that Min Huilin could remember the hometown love, and wished her grow up healthily and happily with the love and care of her adoptive parents.
