An Unforgettable Root-Seeking Return Tour
On October 18th, Hong Xinqian coming from a British adoptive family, accompanied by her adoptive parents, visited the Nanchang SWI for a "Root-seeking Return Visit". The time is ticking out, and it's been 9 years since she was adopted.
During the return visit, the adoptive family viewed the old files of Hong Xinqian and looked around the places where the little girl once lived. The family received a warm welcome and hospitality. They enjoyed a Chinese lunch here and were given a delightful present.
As early as 7 months ago, her mother Anne started to plan this China heritage tour. In order to give the child an unforgettable tour, Anne communicated all details with us over and over again to make sure the travel a best arrangement. In the finalized itinerary, they return visited the place where Hong Xinqian lived - the Nanchang SWI, and toured the local essence of scenery. Afterwards, the family flew to Chengdu and spent a Volunteer Day in Dujiangyan so as to have an intimate contact with the giant panda. In Guilin, they toke along the river cruise tour to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Li River. In Yangshuo, they got onto the bike to feel the countryside leisure comfortable life. Also, they learned to cook a Chinese meal which is a quite meaningful experience. At the last stop, they came back to Guangzhou and returned to the White Swan Hotel for reliving the adoption memory.
