2018 China Adoption Return Trips to TaiZhou SWI

Travel Date: Apr 13th, 2018

Tai Donglei, the family name "Tai" in this Chinese name is uncommon in China. However, it's not difficult for us to speculate that the family name has a close connection with the Taizhou SWI.

In the summer of 1997, Donglei was born in a China's eastern small city of Taizhou. But for some reason, the little girl was abandoned by her parents soon after birth. Then she was sent to the Taizhou SWI for being raised and looked after. She was taken good care by the SWI nanny there, and this had added a lot of warmth in the early days of Donglei's life.

Not until the autumn of 2000, Carsten and his wife as far afield as Denmark came to China, and they were going to adopt this lovely girl. Having returned to Denmark, Donglei had gotten a good family and school education.

Donglei's interests for China had increasingly grown with age. She was seized by a desire to see her birthplace, show thanks to nanny who looked after her, know about her  records  and take a look to see how the orphanage now.

On April 13th, Nina was finally back to the Taizhou SWI with her father's companionship. And there, her wish had at last come true as well.
