2017 Heritage Tours China DongGuan
14 years ago, over one-year-old Yuan Jieying was adopted by an American family. Even to this day, under the accompany of her adoptive parents, Yuan Jieying came back to the Dongguan SWI where she once lived and began her China root seeking Tour.
On April 6th, the guide from LeadtoChina immediately drove the Yuan family to the Dongguan SWI after receiving them from the Dongguan railway station. Director Hu of the SWI enthusiastically welcomed the family and kindly introduced the current situation of the SWI. Under the guide of director Hu, the family visited the whole SWI environment and facilities.
During the visit, director Hu sent the family a carefully prepared gift.
Little Jieying was also excited to took some photos at the place where she spent some happy time.
In the previous communication process, the adoptive family expressed that their biggest wish of this tour was to meet the child-care worker who looked after Yuan Jieying and know more things before she was one year old. Yuan Jieying succeeded in meeting the child-care worker in our efforts. They had a cordial talk together and shared a pleasant time.
We sincerely hope that Yuan Jieying could treat her adopted experience correctly through this return visit, cherish the warmth and kinship in the SWI and confront her future more actively and confidently.
