Lead To China was very helpful in setting up our trip. Our contact James answered all our emails promptly and courteously. We had a wonderful guide in Xian, Wendy, who was very energetic and lovely. She introduced us to street food and went out of her way to make sure we had all the correct information to find our hotel for our last night in Beijing. Our guide Leo in Shanghai was less professional. He left us early at the acrobatic show so he could go have dinner with his girlfriend and dropped us at the airport 4 hours early for our flight to Xian. He did not communicate the plan for the day to us and expected us to be out from 9am - 10pm without a stop for dinner. He also constantly berated us with his notions of big nosed foreigners refusing to stop when asked to stop. Fortunately we only spent 2 days in his company. Everything else was wonderful.
