Nancy and I would like to let you know how much we appreciated you and your company on our recent journey.  I am about to post a review on Trip Advisor, but thought you would appreciate a heads up first.

We assume Lead to China hires independent tour operators.  All are qualified and have represented your company well.  We are prepared to say that in the review.

We appreciate:
1.  the reasonable price of the tour;
2.  the comfort in placing yourself in the hands of your company (arrival to departure service);
3.  the ability to tailor the tour to 2 persons or larger;
4.  the selection of activities in each city;
5.  and, the friendliness of the guide and driver.

We will however, give readers a heads up that the tour service includes stops at local or outlets where other guides will inform guests and point out the benefits of purchasing through these stores rather than at other stores.

We will admit we spent more than we had budgeted only because these stops showcased the products.  This demonstrates your marketing model works.  However, we will point out to readers that this is a step they may need to reflect upon and ask to skip if they participate in a Lead to China tour.

Again, Nancy and I are more than happy to have been your clients.  We truly appreciated the service offered by you in a very short planning timeframe.  We just wanted to be clear that our review will be fairly clear to readers about what they may expect.

We have already suggested to many friends considering small and larger tours of China that they consider booking through Lead to China.  Two of whom are in China already and two of whom are considering a trip to China in the future.  Hopefully, they will heed our advice, as we know they will be satisfied with arrangements made through you.
