My husband, Dave Turner, and I, Hendrika Turner, want to thank you for organising such an amazing, unforgettable trip to China. It was an exhilirating, awesome experience. All three guides - Allen in Chengdu, Vivian in Xi'an and Eric in Beijing - were  very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable with a good command of English.and a lovely sense of humour. We commend them for their true professionalism. Of the three hotels we really enjoyed the Leeden in Chengdu and especially the Grand Noble in Xian. (We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the luxury of this hotel - in front of a gas fire, with many cups of  delicious black tea, and cheesecake, after a long day of sightseeing.)

We are both very impressed with China and what they have achieved.  My husband visited China in the mid-nineties on three occasions, and he found the economic and infra-structural upliftment remarkable  A real lesson for SA! And we saw no litter, no ugly graffiti, no vandalism, and  felt safe all the time.
