I just wanted to sent you an email to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip to China.  I want to say that our guides, Stanley in Shanghai, Rainbow in Hangzhou, Carlos in Beijing and Echo in Xian were all perfectly delightful young people.  We enjoyed their company and hospitality as much as we did seeing the wonderful sights.  As I am sure that you know these young guides are the face not only of your company but also of your country and culture to people like us visiting from abroad.  We want you to know that you were represented very well.  I am certain that without their assistance the trip would have been difficult, if not impossible.  I was especially impressed with the way that they took us into the airports and made sure that we got our boarding passes for our flights.  I also want to compliment the drivers that you provided.  These men were extremely professional, safe and courteous.
Our trip was a great experience for us.  Please pass along our comments to your guides and drivers.  I also want to thank you and your colleagues in your office for being so professional.  I am very impressed with your responsiveness and courtesy.
