2014 China Homeland Tour to Shijiangzhuang SWI
10 years ago, a Danish couple named Urban Svensson and Sorensen adopted a two years old Chinese baby girl from Shijiazhuang SWI China. Watching girl baby grows up from childhood, they thought now it's the right time to let little girl know her birthplace and back home. In July 2014, they made their way to China with Lead to China.
This big happy family (parents, 18 years old son, 12 years old daughter adopted from China and 5 years old son adopted from South Korea) enjoyed wonderful and tailormade Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Xian, Guilin and Hong Kong tour with LEAD TO CHINA. However, the most impressvive part should be the time spent in Shijiangzhuang SWI.
On July 5, the family took the fast train to Shijiazhuang from Beijing. They had a rest in a hotel after arriving. On July 6, they visited the famous scenic spots: Berlin Temple and Zhaozhou Bridge. Then they visited the SWI on July7.
In the morning, our guide and driver took the family to the Shijiazhuang SWI. The dean of this SWI welcomed them.
Firstly, the family visited the Youth Building which was living for this girl in past years. Then they had a rest in the meeting room and knew some situation about this SWI. The following they visited the reading room and music room.
Then most exciting is enjoying the handcraft which was made by the children in this SWI. They are very beautiful and delicate.
Next they visited the bedrooms in this Youth Building.
Then our guide took the family to visit the other building: Kids Building. Here is the picture they were moving to the kids building.
After arriving the building, Mr Urban remembered there is a nurse tool care of his daughter in his picture. We all were trying to find the nurse. Finally, we found.
The nurse was very excited to see this girl. She was describing some details about the girl when she was in this SWI.
The time pasted so fast after happy talking. Then the family left this SWI. As presents, the staff in this SWI gave some gifts to the girl and offered best wishes to the family.
