Hebei Climate

Located in the North China, Hebei Province has a monsoon climate of medium latitudes. The salient four features of Henan weather are: chilly winter with rare snow, hot summer with plentiful rainfall, sunny autumn with comfortable weather and short spring with blowing sand. The average temperature for a year is about 14° C (57° F), January is the coldest month with the average temperature is -1° C (30° F), and that of the hottest July is about 24° C (75° F).
