China Highway
Shandong province boasts its highway system, especially its advanced and convenient network of highways which extend in all directions. Not only in number, but also in quality, Shandong ranks No.1 for highway transportation in China. So far, all 17 cities and prefectures of Shandong except Binzhou are connected by highways, and the total length of highways had reached 2,006 km. The Beijing-Shanghai highway passes through Dezhou, Jinan, Tai'an, and Linyi. There is a “T” style of Shandong’s highway network along with the Beijing-Shanghai highway, because the Jinan-Qingdao Expressway traverses the Shandong Peninsula, joining Jinan, Zibo, Weifang and Qingdao. Air
About 8 civil airports are available within Shangdong Province, Located in Jinan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Weifang, Linqi, Dongying and Jining. There are also three international airports among them, Yaoqiang Airport of Jinan, Liuting Airport of Qingdao and Laishan Airport of Yantai.
Located 40 kilometers northeast of downtown Jinnan,, Jinan Yaoqing International Airport really brings convenience to tourist, it links with Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai and Yantai. The airport buses running between Shandong Aviation Mansion in Jinan and Yaoqiang Airport are available from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm everyday, with an interval of one hour between buses. It will cost you one hour and 15 yuan to take it.
Boat
From Yantai, Weihia, and Penglai, you can take passenger ships bound for Dalian, and there are four high speed passenger ships from Yantai to Dalian. If you want to go Korea and Japan, No problem! There are regular ships available.
