In the morning,our local guide will pick you up in the hotel. Then you will visit the Crescent Moon Spring, which is an oasis in the Gobi Desert, lies 6 km south of Dunhuang and is located between two large sand dunes that make up the famous Echoing Sand Dune. Here you will enjoy not only the rare view where an oasis meets the desert, but also some fun sand adventure.
After lunch, the guide will take you to visit the famous Mogao Grottoes, which known as "The Thousand Buddha Cave", are noted as one of the most important cultural and historical sites in China, especially for the Buddhist art treasures that can be found inside.
Afterwards, come back to hotel and today's silk road activities end.
