After you arrive in Beijing, our loal guide will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel to have a rest.

Picked up in your hotel and began your coach tour in Beijing with mind-like friends overseas.
Early travel to Temple of Heaven, you may see the Taichi exercises. (90 minutes)
Explore Tiananmen Square, including Tiananmen Rostrum, the symbolic landmark of Beijing and China and other main buildings such as National Museum of China, Great Hall of the People, parliament building of China, etc. (30 minutes)
And then visit the Forbidden City, the largest imperial palace complex in the world. (2 hours)
The last stop is to visit the Summer Palace, the largest, most beautiful and exquisite imperial garden in the world. (90 minutes)
Meals: Breakfast, LunchDay 3 Beijing to Xian
Hike the Great Wall, Climb up the Great Wall, well-known for the longest defense wall in the world. What a great experience! You will become “a true man, heroes and heroines on the Great Wall” as the old Chinese saying goes. (Cable Car is optional). (2 hours)
Stroll around Changling Tomb, the mausoleum of Emperor Yongle who was the third emperor of the Ming Dynasty. He was the most famous historical figure among the Ming Emperors. (1 hour)
In the evening, board an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian.
Meals: Breakfast, LunchDay 4 Xian
Morning picked by our guide and visit Shaanxi Historical Museum, which shows the systematic development process of Chinese civilization (1.5 hours)
Then head to the Big Wild Googse Pagoda, one of the most famous Buddhist pagodas in China (1 hour).
After that, go ahead to visit a complex and well-organized system of defense for the city - Ancient City Wall (1 hour).
Meals: LunchDay 5 Xian to Lhasa
Meet the guide at the appointed time. Visit Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the greatest archaeological discovery of the 20th century (2 hours).
Take the flight to Lhasa.
Welcome you and check in the hotel.
Day 6 Lhasa
First stop is Potala Palace, which was built in the 7th century by the famous Tibetan king-Songtzen Gampo. It became known as the "Winter Palace" by the 1750, when the 7th Dalai Lama built the Norbulingka Park as his summer residence. (1 hour)
After lunch, you will visit the Jokhang Temple, which was built by King Songtzen Gampo in the mid-7th century A.D. (2 hours)
After Supper, you are suggested to ramble over the Barkhore Street, This is a famous local handmade crafts market. (2 hours)
Meals: Breakfast, LunchDay 7 Lhasa
Begin our tour at Drepung Monastery, which is used to be the most large monastery in Tibet where lodged more than 10000 monks at its summit in the morning. (3.5 hours)
After that, you will visit the Sera Monastery, which is famous for its Buddhism scriptures debating in the afternoon. (3 hours)
You will finish today's activity after visit the Tibetan Museum, the exhibition center of Tibetan traditional handicrafts. (1 hour)

In the Mornig, driven to the Airport to take the flight to Shanghai.
Welcome you in Shanghai and Check in the hotel.
Day 9 Shanghai
Explore the Jade Buddha Temple, a venerable and famous Buddhist temple in Shanghai. (40 minutes)
Discovery in the Yuyuan Garden, a place of peace and comfort in the heart of bustling Shanghai(1 hour).
Relax yourself in the Bund, to enjoy the beautiful night scenery of this famous Oriental city(40 minutes).
Have a look at the Oriental Pearl Tower, the highest TV tower in Aisa, to have a bird view of this metropolis. (1.4 hours)

I want to travel to tibet but i am worried about my health, i have got high pressure, is it really a problem?

Generally speaking, it will be dangerous for people with high pressure for the high altitude and thin air in Tibet. I sugguest you double check with your doctor, if you really want to visit Tibet, advice you to bring your blood pressure medications during your trip. Thanks!
