11 Days Classic China Winter Tour
Tour Route: Beijing, Harbin, Xian, Shanghai
Upon arrival in Beijing, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2 Beijing
Today you will discover all of Beijing's Imperial treasures. The Temple of Heaven, a great historical site in Beijing, where you can witness the local people's interesting morning life.
Walk through Tiananmen Square, one of the largest and grandest public plazas in the world. Then enter within the imposing walls of the Forbidden City for an extensive tour through this vast complex of palaces, pavilions and courtyards as your engaging guide illuminates the dramatic history of the Emperor who once resided here.
Day 3 Beijing
Today Beijing highlights to the Great Wall of Mutianyu Section, which is one of the great wonders in the world and the symbol of China. You may choose to take the cable car up & down the wall or hiking to climb the "ancient" wall. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Cloisonné Factory and learn about the local traditional Art Culture. Drive back to the city and have a Hutongs tour by a 3-wheel rickshaw and then visit a local family living in a Siheyuan (Chinese quadrangles) in the Hutong to see the local Beijing People's lifestyle. After that, drive back to the hotel and free at leisure in the evening.
Day 4 Beijing to Harbin
In the morning, meet the guide and drive to the airport for the flight to Harbin.
Upon arrival at Harbin in the afternoon, be met at the Harbin Airport and transferred to the hotel (check in if room available) for a short rest. In the late afternoon, you will be heading to one of the highlights of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival - Ice Lantern Art Fair at Zhaolin Park. The magical and extraordinary ice lanterns and sculptures have literally made the place an icy fairyland.
Day 5 Harbin
Morning guide tour to visit the Saint Sofia Church and the Central Street, and then drive to the Sun Island Park to enjoy the enormous snow sculptures. In the afternoon, proceed to the Siberian Tiger Park, where you will be caged in a specially protected bus to visit the tigers. Late afternoon, you will be heading to the highlight of this tour as well as the highlight of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival - Ice and Snow World. The magical and extraordinary ice lanterns and sculptures have literally made the place an icy fairyland.
Day 6 Harbin to Xi'an
In the morning, visit Heilongjiang Provincial Museum. Later visit the Stalin Park, watch winter swimming performance and take part in some ice activities (e.g. snowmobile driving, tyre sliding or take the horse/dog drawn sled etc.- optional activities with own expense). After that, transfer to the airport and take the afternoon flight to Xi'an.
On arrival you will be met and transferred to the hotel.
Day 7 Xi'an
After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and drive to visit the Xi'an Daqin Terra-Cotta & Lacquer Furniture Art Factory. In the factory, you can see the process of how to make Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. Continue drive to visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is one of the most important archaeological finds in the 20th century; an army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at Emperor Qin's tomb since 2200 year ago. In the afternoon, drive to visit the Small Wild Goose Pagoda Park.
Day 8 Xi'an to Shanghai
Morning transfer to visit the Shaanxi Provincial Museum, one impressive museum housing more than 370,000 pieces of historical relics. Followed pay a visit to the Ancient City Wall, the best-kept and biggest city walls in China. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel for a good rest.
Day 9 Shanghai
Morning visit the Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. After lunch, we will walk down the Bund along the Huangpu River to visit the most bustling shopping street in Shanghai - Nanjing Road.
Optional night activity: Chinese acrobatics show.
Day 10 Shanghai
In the morning, meet the guide and drive to visit the nearby Zhujiajiao Water Town and learn about the local Yangtze Delta people’s lifestyle. After lunch, drive back to the city and pay a visit to the Jiangnan Silk Workshop and free at leisure for the rest of the day.
Day 11 Shanghai Exit
Free at leisure until meet the guide and transfer to the airport for the flight back to your sweet home.Trip ends.

Usually, we suggest you to apply the visa about one month or one month and a half before your travel date.
