After you arrive in Beijing, our local guide will pick you up and then drive to hotel for a good rest.
Day 2 Beijing
Private escorted tour to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, Peking duck dinner at night.
Tiananmen Square
The largest city square in the world (440,000 square meters), it has great cultural significance as several key events happened here in history.
Forbidden City
With an area of 74 hectares, this rectangular imperial palace is the world's largest palace complex. It has stunning 9,999 rooms, 6-meter-deep moat and a 10-meter-high red wall.
Day 3 Beijing
Private escorted tour to the Great Wall, and have a photo stop at the main venues of Beijing Olympic Games.
Great Wall
It is a series of stone and earthen fortifications stretching more than ten thousand miles from west to east on the boundless area of Northern China. It is seen as a major architectural miracle in the world.
Day 4 Beijng to Taishan
Visit Temple of Heaven, and then visit the famous Taoist Monastery – White Cloud Temple. Take an afternoon train to Taishan.
Temple of Heaven
With an area of about 2,700,000 sqm, Temple of Heaven was built in 1420 A. D during the Ming Dynasty, was used to pray for the Heaven by Emperors for good harvest.
Mountain Tai
Mount Tai is one of the "Five Great Mountains". It is associated with sunrise, birth, and renewal, and is often regarded the foremost of the five. Mount Tai has been a place of worship for at least 3,000 years and served as one of the most important ceremonial centers of China during large portions of this period.
Day 5 Taishan to Qingdao
Take a cable car up and visit Dai Taoist Temple and other attractions. Then transfer to take an express evening train to Qingdao. Be met and transfer to hotel.
Day 6 Qingdao to Xian
Full day excursion to Lao Mountain, the holy mountain for Taoists, and drive back to visit the Pier. Then transfer to take flight to Xian. Be met and transfer to hotel.
Meals: Breakfast, LunchDay 7 Xian
Drive to visit Louguantai Temple, which is regarded as “No. 1 Holy Place of Taoism”. Then drive back to visit Shaanxi History Museum.
Day 8 Xian
Transfer to visit the famous Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum, and visit the old city wall and have a walk at old city quarters.
Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses Museum
The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are the sight not to be missed by any visitors to China. They are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. It is a cultural and history symbol of China, which is around 1.5 kilometers east of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum in Lintong, Xian, Shaanxi Province.
Day 9 Xian to Wudang Mountain
Take an express bus to Taoist Wudang Mountain where Oscar Winner “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” was filmed. After lunch, visit the Golden Summit.
Wudang Mountain
In years past, the mountains of Wudang were known for the many Taoist monasteries to be found there, monasteries which became known as an academic centre for the research, teaching and practice of meditation, Chinese martial arts, traditional Chinese medicine, Taoist agriculture practices and related arts.
Day 10 Wudan Mountain to Wuhan
Visit South Cliff Palaces, Purple Heaven Palace, then transfer to take train to Wuhan. Be met and transfer to hotel.
Day 11 Wuhan to Nanchang
Visit Hubei Provincial Museum, Yellow Crane Tower. Take an early afternoon train to Nanchang. Be met and transfer to hotel.
Day 12 Nanchang
Full day excursion to Dragon and Tiger Mountain (Longhu Shan). Drive back to Nanchang to fly to Shanghai.
Dragon and Tiger Mountain
it is a famous Taoism mountain with a long history. 16 km (about 9.94 miles) south of Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, the mountain has been noted as the 'Residence of Celestials' and 'Blest Earthly Abode' because of its beautiful scenery. As a cradle land of Taoism, Dragon and Tiger Mountain has been regarded as a Holy Land to which many pilgrimages are made every year.
Day 13 Nanchang to Shanghai
Transfer to take an express train to Shanghai, be met and transfer to have lunch and visit the Bund and Nanjing Road, acrobatic show at night.
Bund
The Bund, which locates in the eastern part of Huangpu District and runs along the western bank of the Huangpu River, centres on a section of Zhongshan Road (East-1 Zhongshan Rd.) within the former Shanghai International Settlement. The most famous and attractive sights
Nanjing Road
Nanjing Road, which is the main shopping street of Shanghai in China and one of the world’s busiest shopping streets, contains two sections, Nanjing Road East and Nanjing Road West. It starts at the Bund in the east and ends in the west at the junction of Jing’an Temple and Yan’an West Street.
Day 14 Shanghai
Drive to a nearby water town - Zhujiajiao to witness the traditional life at Yangtze Delta, then visit Yu Garden and nearby shopping areas.
Zhujiajiao
Located in a suburb of Shanghai city, Zhujiajiao is an ancient water town well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers, the little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains.
Yu Garden
Located in the Anren Street of Shanghai, Yuyuan Garden was finished in 1577 by a government officer named Pan Yunduan of the Ming Dynasty for his parents as a place for them to enjoy a tranquil and happy time in their old age.
Day 15 Shanghai departure
Transfer to airport and fly to your next destination.
