We are traveling to Shanghai with a school group July 17 - 31, then we are hoping to travel Shanghai to Beijing July 31-August 2....we have never been there, but want to see the Great Wall, Forbidden City and any other local inexpensive things we can see in just 2 days. We have a very small budget, but need hotel, transportation in Beijing and activities. Can you help us?
Asked by Tina (May.20, 2012)
Lead to China Trip Advisor (May.20, 2012) replied:
Thanks for your inquiring. It's possible to tour Beijing and Shanghai via D train in 2 days. But frankly speaking, the time will be very harsh. If it's possible, I advise you tour Shanghai only this time!
