8 Days Standard Depth Tour to Xinjiang

After you arrive in Urumqi, our local guide will pick you up and then drive to hotel for a good rest.

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel.

Firstly you will visit the Heavenly Lake.  The name of the Heavenly Lake can be traced back to the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1911). It comes from two words, "Tianjing," meaning the heavenly mirror, and "Shenchi," meaning the pool of immortals. The lake water is crystal blue, just like a bright mirror.  You will take a boat cruise on the Heavenly Lake.

Then you will visit the Erdaoqiao Market, the largest retail and wholesale market of ethnic minority goods in Xinjiang and the Souvenir Shop of the Great Hall of the People.

After today's activities, you will be transfered to your hotel.

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel.

Firstly you will visit Xinjiang Museum to have more understanding of Xinjiang history and culture.

Afterwards, you will be driven to Turpan.

After your arrival, you will be transfered to your hotel.

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel by our guide and driver.

Firstly you will visit the Astana Tombs, a significant and protected national cultural relic.

Then proceed to Tuyoq Village. It is a Muslim religious pilgrimage site. It is a more primitive Uighur agricultural valley, with vineyards and fields in the northern and southern valleys and a narrow ravine that connects them.

And next Tuyugou Canyon, which stretches in the Subeixi historic village inside the north for the entrance in the Maza village for around eight kilometers extended.

Next you will visit Suleiman Minaret, also called the Emin Ta or the Sugong Ta. “Ta” means tower in Chinese.

At last visit a local vineyard.

After all today's activities, you will be transfered to your hotel.

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel by the guide and driver.

You will visit Karez Well, a kind of underground water works invented and built by laboring people of various ethnic groups in our country to adapt to the natural environment in dry region. 

Then you will visit Jiaohe Ruin, the best preserved town ruin in China.

Afterwards, you will be driven back to Urumqi. From Urumqi, take a flight to Kashgar.

After your arrival, you will be picked up from the airport and transfered to your hotel.

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel.

You will visit the Lake Karakuli. You will have a day's time at this holy and beautiful lake.  Karakul lake spread its waters in Markansu valley - one of the most driest place in Central Asia. Surrounded by high mountains which block humid air masses the valley has less than 30mm of precipitation a year which is 3 times less than in Karakoram desert . 

 After today's tour, you will be transfered to your hotel.

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel.

You will visit Id Kah Mosque. 'Id Kah' means 'a place of praying and celebrating in festivals'.  As the biggest mosque in China, it is a group of old Islamic constructions with strong ethnic style and religious features.

Then you will come to the local Bazaar.

After that you will visit Kashgar Old Town and Zhiren Street.

Driven to the airport to take your flight to Urumqi.

Upon your arriavl in Urumqi, you will be transfered to your hotel.

Today you will be driven to the airport for your departure flight, tour ends.
