We will be returning home to USA for good in June. Thank you for helping us to see China over the past 2 years.

I wanted to note that Jackie (the driver in X’ian) was excellent and it was a great help to have a driver who also spoke English. He was able to give us some suggestions, details, and answer our questions while we were still able to be independent without a guide during the excursions.

In Chengdu our driver (I do not know if it was the same as the original one, as the phone number he had was different from the one in the email I received) was always on time or early. He made sure we got tickets and entrance to both Panda Centers by walking us up to the ticket window or entrance gate. He was ready to go when we called at the end and met us at the entrance. Excellent service from him.
