We had a very wonderful time in China even though it was so hot but who can control the weather right?.All the tour guides were very good specially Ellie who went far beyond her job to make sure we were pleased and we sure were. I wanted also to point out Bruce who was very knowledgeble. Our thanks to everybody they were all excellent.  
However, there were couple of things that you all might want to check into. The hotel in Beijing was really not very good. People there were not that polite and helpful. Also the facility itself, rooms were hot and they would turn off the AC after 2am. There were other hotels as well we had trouble with the rooms (like room leaking etc). Sometimes some of this things can not be helped and we understand, the other hotels were very accomodating and changed rooms for us.  
Also the arrangements of the plane from Shanghai to Hong Kong or where ever for that matter should not be arranged with an airline with luggage restrictions a lot lesser than most airlines. It is really not possible to go from one place to another with less luggage than originally taken. We had to pay a lot extra for fees which most other airlines do not do.
However, I am very pleased that you guys stepped up and help us with this issue by paying some of the fee. Although we feel we should not have paid any.  
Hopefully, you guys can take this info in consideration for your future travellers.  
Overall, it was a awesome experience and we would take your tour again.
