Thank you for all the last minute arrangements. We had a wonderful time at Yellow Mountain, got to see frosted trees, sea of clouds, sunshine, sunrise and sunset. John was a great guide and it was a good first experience with a guide in China. I liked that he did not have a prepared talk for each site, but rather told us bits, answered our questions, and sometimes just let us relax and enjoy the view. We had excellent views and loved the hot springs at the end with all the different pools  of wine, coconut milk, jasmine, vitamin c, rose oil, etc. to choose from. The only negative was the hotel—as said before we knew what to expect from reviews online. The food was fine and location good. The bed was really uncomfortable and the walls so thin it sounded like the people next to us were in the same room and they kept us up until late. The restaurant John took us to before getting on the train was great.

We will recommend Lead to China to our colleagues if they are looking for a guided trip.
